Trial Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a strategic injury law firm that prioritizes relationships with top attorneys to ensure clients receive the justice, medical treatment, and financial compensation they deserve. We seek an experienced Trial Attorney who will handle a heavy and complex personal injury case-load of cases from litigation, trial prep, and trial.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Proven track record of successful outcomes in complex personal injury litigation and trials.
Manage a high-volume caseload from litigation through trial preparation and trial.
Conduct discovery, draft complaints, and other pleadings, and oversee settlement negotiations and disbursements
Attend depositions, court appearances, and trials while creating detailed litigation plans.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
5 - 10 years of experience in California personal injury law
4 years minimum of trial experience or equivalent first-chair trial experience
Ability to handle cases autonomously while meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent client interaction.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
BENEFITS COMPENSATION :
Salary Compensation : $200,000 - $275,000
Competitive attorney fee structure with the potential of a seven-figure income.
