General Liability Associate Attorney ( Hybrid in Dallas, TX) ( Full-Time)
Location : Hybrid schedule in the Dallas, Texas Office
Salary $125K - $150K Base Salary
Must Haves :
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Texas
- 2 years of defense litigation experience
- Experience handling general liability, premises & product liability, transportation, property rights, employment litigation and insurance defense
- Superior communication, writing, and research skills
- Experience handling discovery and motions
- Experience handling court appearances and depositions
