Construction / General Liability Litigation Of Counsel ( Hybrid NYC) ( Full-Time)
Location : Hybrid in the New York City office
Salary : $180K - $185K Base Salary
Must Haves :
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
- 8 years of substantial litigation experience
- Experience with insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability
- Demonstrated experience as first and / or second chair strongly desired
The Position
We are seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience to join a seasoned team of attorneys representing clients in a range of matters, including general liability and casualty, construction-related lawsuits, transportation, and trucking. This team is dedicated to training and advancing its attorneys' professional experience and knowledge.
