Director of Business Operations (BI Reporting and Analytics)
Location : Morristown, NJ (On-site Tues / Wed / Thurs)
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000 10% Bonus

This person must possess many recent years of pharma (GxP background).
Must have a strong Project / Program Management background to run BI / Reporting / Analytics projects.
Must possess excellent communication skills and a good personality to work with business ownders.
About the Role :
We are seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead and drive growth within IT Informatics Laboratory Systems, Business Intelligence Development, and Digital Marketing functions . This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee internal teams, manage external BI vendors, and implement strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making.
This position could be hired at the Senior Director level for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee operations within Informatics, BI Reporting, and Digital Marketing.
- Manage a team of five internal employees and coordinate with an external BI vendor and consultants .
- Develop and optimize BI reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools .
- Oversee Data Warehousing initiatives to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
- Act as a hands-on leader , ensuring best practices are implemented across teams.
- Drive project management efforts for informatics and validated systems.
- Ensure effective communication between IT, business units, and external stakeholders.
- Experience with DataSphere and system validation is a plus.
- PM experience with validated systems would be a significant advantage .
