Full Stack NodeJS / REACT Developer - Call Center Systems – FULL TIME ONLY

Location : Remote - Must be able to provide picture identification on the first screen to be considered for this role.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000 (depending on skills and experience) - Green card or US Citizen is a must.

Experience : 5-10 years

The Musts :

  • Must have experience working in telephony SDK's to be considered for this role. (No exceptions)
  • Must have a senior-level background, working in NodeJS and React.
  • Any AI would be considered a plus.
  • Must have clear, excellent communication skills.

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on our call center system for live agents. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development skills, with experience in React and NodeJS. This role involves developing the presentation layer, integrating telephony SDKs for voice, and creating dashboards and analytics for billing and call statistics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain the front end using React
  • Implement back-end services using NodeJS
  • Design and develop the presentation layer for the call center system
  • Integrate telephony SDKs for voice communication
  • Create dashboards and analytics for billing and call statistics
  • Utilize AWS services such as Lambdas, EKS, and API gateways for hosting and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

    • Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years of experience in full stack development
  • Proficiency in React for front-end development
  • Strong back-end development skills with NodeJS
  • Experience with telephony SDKs and call center systems
  • Knowledge of AWS services, including Lambdas, EKS, and API gateways
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with dashboarding and analytics
  • Familiarity with billing systems and call statistics
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
