My Client seeks a Senior Trial Attorney with experience in general liability, commercial litigation, or insurance defense.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 10 years of litigation experience to grow in their careers by exposure to prominent national clients and taking on substantial litigation responsibilities.
Working directly with in-house counsel, the attorney in this role will have the exciting opportunity to interact directly with sophisticated clients and teams of talented, experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
- Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
- Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediation, and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide reports
