Job Description :
We seek an experienced Sr . Business Analyst to join our team for a long-term contract position in Jersey City, NJ . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services or risk management and be able to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and contribute to project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and risk management, to support project initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of business goals with technology solutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
