Sr. NetSuite Administrator (3 years experience)
Location : West Palm Beach, FL - On-site 5 days a week
Salary : OPEN - TBD
We're looking for a NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it effectively supports our business operations and goals. In this role, you'll work across departments to configure, maintain, and enhance our platform, pushing the possible limits.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer, configure, and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, managing user access, roles, permissions, and overall performance.
Customize fields, forms, records, and workflows to align with business needs.
Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and system enhancements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Work closely with various teams to gather requirements for system improvements.
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations.
Stay updated on NetSuite releases and best practices, recommending improvements for efficiency.
Assist with data migration, system integrations, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP customization, configuration, and integration.
Proficiency in custom records, saved searches, and SuiteFlow.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and third-party applications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
