Workers Compensation Associate ( Full-Time) ( Hybrid in NYC)
Location : Hybrid in New York City Office
Salary : $125K - $175K Base Salary
Must Haves :
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Strong understanding of New York's Workers Compensation insurance law
- 1 years of workers' compensation experience
The Position
The Workers' Compensation Associate will be key in providing expert legal counsel, negotiating settlements, conducting depositions, and representing employers and insurance carriers in complex workers' compensation cases.
