Position: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver - Independent Operator

Job Requirements:
Driver Qualifications:
Minimum age: 25
A thorough background check required
Must be able to pass a drug test
TB Test: Must pass (2-day process; PCP can do, driver covers $5 cost)
Vehicle Requirements:
4-door vehicle
Vehicle model year must not exceed 7 years (2014-2016 exceptions with exceptional conditions)
Must be reliable, clean, and free of visual damage
