About the Role:
We are working with a leading ground transportation company who are seeking professional, safety-focused Motor Coach Operators to join their growing team. What You'll Do:
- Provide safe, on-time transportation for passengers in a clean and well-maintained motor coach.
- Deliver exceptional “door through door” customer service with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Maintain constant situational awareness and balance urgency with safety at all times.
- Travel overnight 2–3 nights per week (hotel accommodations provided).
- Operate with minimal supervision using a company-issued phone and dispatch system.
- Represent the company with pride, integrity, and a service-first mindset.
What You’ll Need:
- Valid CDL-A or CDL-B license with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements.
- Minimum 1 year of bus driving experience (motor coach experience preferred).
- Clean MVR (3 years accident-free).
- No criminal convictions (required for U.S./Canada border clearance).
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one (expedited options available in Philadelphia or Buffalo).
- Commitment to professional appearance and no phone usage while driving.
Dress Code:
- Before uniform is issued:
- Black or gray pants
- Solid polo shirt
- Black, non-slip shoes (no jeans, Crocs, or steel toes)
- Uniform provided after training
Compensation & Perks:
- $270 per shift (9–10 hour shifts)
- 4 shifts/week = ~$56,160/year
- 6 shifts/week = up to ~$84,000/year
- Raises may be available at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years
- Referral Bonus: $500 after referred driver completes training and 3 months on the job
- Meal allowance during training: $25/day
- Medical stipend: $200/month for independent coverage
