What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Recruiter position at Career Group Search?
We are actively seeking an upbeat, outgoing and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our growing accounting and finance recruiting team at our Midtown East location in New York City.
This role involves managing a full cycle desk with a focus on entry level to C-level accounting and finance roles within private equity, real estate, investment banking, fashion and creative firms.

In this role you will :
- Partner closely with the candidate and client throughout the rigorous, full-cycle recruiting process
- Attend client kick-off meeting and progress calls
- Draft tailored job specifications for searches
- Identify top talent with the use of candidate search engines, social media tools, job postings, and referrals
- Thoroughly screen candidates to assess skill level, experience and cultural fit in relation to each roles requirements and responsibilities
- Utilize our CRM software to track active searches and candidates throughout the search process
- Provide interview preparation, feedback, and manage the interview process
- Negotiate, present and close offers
- Conduct extensive reference checks on final selected candidate(s)
- Coordinate with Compliance on candidate background checks
- Build a book of new business and grow relationships with existing clients
