Role: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: West Hollywood, CA // Onsite M-Th, WFH Fri
Hours: 9am-6pm PT
Pay Range: $30-35/hour (depending on experience)
Our client, a confidential consumer products and personal goods manufacturer located in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain digital vendor files.
- Be the first point of contact for all vendors for payment requests and inquiries; identify and communicate issues to ensure the timeliness of payments.
- Process and accurately code 50 invoices daily, ensuring prompt approvals and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile credit card and vendor statements, and ensure proper coding.
- Review expenses monthly.
- Diligently follow up on all tasks and projects, whether performed directly or by other accounting staff.
- Take on special projects as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Netsuite, and Bill.com are preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and fast-paced data entry
