Our client is seeking a highly organized Administrator to support their Yacht Management team. This role is based in our client's Fort Lauderdale office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a passion for the yachting industry to join a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Candidate should be open to being on site!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to Yacht Managers, including organizing documentation, managing departmental tasks, and maintaining structured workflows.
  • Handle vessel documentation, including the creation, editing, and auditing of key compliance documents.
  • Conduct regular software audits of vessels to ensure compliance, with oversight and guidance from management.
  • Process critical forms and applications on behalf of vessels.
  • Keep all vessel and crew information updated and organized, including insurance records and contact details.
  • Manage client mail and packages, notifying captains and crew when correspondence arrives, and coordinating shipments to vessels as needed.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support department-wide initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events and international boat shows when required.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a team-based environment.
  • Previous experience in the yachting industry—either onboard or shore-based—is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with forms, checklists, and legal documents.
  • Essential, Strong IT skills, with proficiency in office applications across both Mac and Windows platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure.
