Our client, an Investment firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their TAMPA office in a temp assignment.
This is just for one day - Tuesday, February 18th! Must be able to work this day from 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm EST
Responsibilities :
The receptionist will be responsible for administrative support for guests and internal clients. The receptionist team manages visitor registration and meeting logistics and serves as the first point of contact for all general inquiries. The role is highly customer service-oriented, and no day is the same.
Reception Services handles daily visitor registration responsibilities through a guest registration system.
The receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive to the office, checking them in through the guest registration system and directing guests to the appropriate person, floor, or office.
Receptionists answer incoming calls professionally and promptly and screen and forward calls accordingly.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.
Receptionists serve as floor administrators for the conference room booking system to assist with meeting logistics and help troubleshoot any system trouble.
Review all meetings and associated requested services (catering and beverage requests, AV requests, extra chairs, etc.) and confirm with all floor assistants that meetings are taking place, the correct number of attendees are present, and all requested services are accurate.
Provide additional administrative support to the department and business groups as needed.
Ensure all Reception areas maintain a neat and orderly appearance.
