Doorman
A real estate firm with 3 residential properties in their portfolio is seeking a new Doorman to add to the team! This person will be working alongside two others to greet tenants and maintain the lobby. This unionized position offers room to grow within facilities or corporate!
Salary is up to $28.77 hourly strong benefits, yearly increases and continued education opportunities paid for by the employer.
This role is based 5 days onsite in Forest Hills, Queens and must be flexible to cover day, night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants and attend to doors
- Maintain lobby and security of building
- Point of contact for tenant inquires
- Issue parking passes
- Sort mail and packages
- Update database via iPad
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer/tech skills
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
