Human Resources Executive – Hands-On Leadership Role
A growing firm in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to establish and oversee all aspects of HR in a newly created role. This position requires a
highly hands-on professional who is accustomed to working in a small firm environment without the ability to delegate to separate departments.
Position Overview:
The HR Executive will manage all core HR functions, including:
- Payroll Processing – Must have direct experience processing payroll
- Benefits Administration – Oversee employee benefits and ensure compliance.
- Compliance & Employee Relations – Manage multi-state compliance and employee relations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding – Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Recruiting & Talent Management – Handle end-to-end hiring processes.
- Light Accounting Responsibilities – Work with QuickBooks as needed.
