Responsibilities:
- Support the Private Lending Services team in the origination and servicing of loans for high-net-worth clients and institutional firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Regional Lending Managers, Underwriters, Credit, Legal, and Global Client Financing, across various regions.
- Assist in ensuring clients remain in compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Maintain a strong focus on risk management and compliance, ensuring alignment with federal regulations.
- Provide high-quality client service, responding promptly to time-sensitive and confidential tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Prior experience in financial services, lending, or operations is a plus.
- Strong client service skills, teamwork, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to build relationships with senior business leaders across multiple divisions.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to perform well under pressure.
