Part-Time Personal Assistant
The Founder of a NYC hedge fund is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant who is NY savvy to help with scheduling, restaurant reservations and membership clubs/events.
This person must be based in NYC for in-person errands and meet-ups as needed but will primarily be remote for 10 hours/ week.
Hourly pay rate: $25-30 (no benefits offered)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with top concierge services to build relationships and gain access to exclusive clubs
- Research top restaurants and events
- Liaise with his House Manager who is based in the Hamptons during the summers
- Be accessible in NYC if issues arise in his apartment
- Light administrative scheduling personal appointments and calendar management
Requirements:
- 7-15 years of experience working within financial services and luxury hospitality
- Must be able to provide white-glove service and handle communications on the Founder’s behalf
- Articulate and poised who can be stern and assertive
- NYC savvy
- Proactive attitude and own project timelines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
