This role is based in the East Bay - Pleasanton, CA
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Partner with division and regional leadership to understand business needs and support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Use data to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement initiatives that support business objectives, employee growth, and core values.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide guidance on P&C policies and procedures.
- Facilitate leadership training, including interviewing, hiring, terminations, and more.
- Manage personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
- Drive employee engagement programs and support performance recognition initiatives.
