Responsibilities :
- Daily support to CEO
- Calendar management
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and create presentations
- Manage contact database information
- Manage T&E documentation and monthly filing / reconciliation
- Special event planning throughout the year
- Monitor quality of work product to clients and vendors
- Work closely with existing group administrator and executive assistant in a team effort
