About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and candidates. This includes greeting them warmly, answering phone calls, and managing mail and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Communication: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Phone Support: Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Mail Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
- Office Supplies: Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Filing Systems: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Conference Room Setup: Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup and cleanup.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week from 9am-5pm.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
