Recruiter

We are actively seeking a personable and proactive Recruiter to join our growing private services team at our Midtown East location in New York City.

This role involves managing a full cycle desk with a focus on placing domestic staff (personal assistants, nanny, chef, estate manager, etc.) with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and private family offices.

In this role you will :

• Partner closely with the candidate and client throughout the rigorous, full-cycle recruiting process
• Attend client kick-off meeting and progress calls
• Draft tailored job specifications for searches
• Identify top talent with the use of candidate search engines, social media tools, job postings, and referrals
• Thoroughly screen candidates to assess skill level, experience and cultural fit in relation to each roles requirements and responsibilities
• Utilize our CRM software to track active searches and candidates throughout the search process
• Provide interview preparation, feedback, and manage the interview process
• Negotiate, present and close offers
• Conduct extensive reference checks on final selected candidate(s)
• Coordinate with Compliance on candidate background checks
• Build a book of new business and grow relationships with existing clients
