Role Overview :
Our client, a leading Real Estate Investment firm in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position reports directly to the Principals and Managing Directors. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be highly organized, proactive, and able to support a team of busy executives.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to 5 executives : 3 Principals and 2 Managing Directors
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expenses
- Assist with ordering lunch and managing day-to-day office needs for the team
- Support 20% of the time with front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and supporting HR initiatives
- Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring the executives' schedules and priorities are managed efficiently
- Coordinate meetings and events, both internally and externally
- Work closely with other administrative assistants to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects as needed to support executives and company-wide initiatives
