Our client, a leading beauty retailer, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supplier negotiations, streamline the intake-to-contract process, and provide sourcing support across multiple Sephora business units. This role will focus on optimizing procurement strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement within technology and supply chain operations.
**Please note, this is a 6-month, onsite role in Mountain View, CA. Pay will be $45-50/hr**
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute supplier agreements to secure optimal terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Guide internal stakeholders through the intake-to-contract process, ensuring alignment with business needs and procurement policies.
- Provide sourcing expertise across multiple Sephora business units, focusing on corporate professional services, technology, and supply chain professional services.
- Manage relationships with system integrators, managed service providers, staff augmentation vendors, maintenance providers, and surge resourcing partners.
- Partner closely with stakeholders in technology and supply chain to develop sourcing strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure contracts align with company objectives, mitigate risks, and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Procurement, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract negotiation.
- Expertise in technology and supply chain sourcing, including system integrators, managed services, and staff augmentation.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate complex contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary : $45 - $50
