What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary HR Admin position at Career Group?
Our client, an investment management firm, is looking for a temporary HR Admin! You will provide administrative support to a VP of Recruiting, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be extremely proactive.
This assignment starts asap and will last around 6 months, with potential to extend.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
*Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with heavy scheduling
- Setting up for meetings and managing calendars
- Arranging travel plans and itineraries
- Processing expense reports
- Communicate with candidates
- Work within HR database systems
- Providing administrative support to teams as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with HR systems like Oleeo or other ATS, Concur, AMEX
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
- Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
