Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reception/Office Assistant
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Greeting and acting as an information resource to clients,
- Setting up for meetings, managing conference room calendars
- Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
- Restocking pantries
Event Staff
- Set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs and other event equipment
- Meet, greet and check in all event guests
- Put together and distribute gift bags
- Work with event planners to execute flawless events
