My client, a globally recognised law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis – working fully remote from South Florida as their new Litigation Paralegal (within their Aerospace team).
This law firm has over 700 Lawyers across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia – they take an progressive approach to their roles in commercial business. They solve complex issues within various sectors, including; Aviation and Shipping, Construction, Insurance and Energy to name a few!
As the successful Litigation Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Working alongside Partners and Associates in the Aerospace team, supporting the Aerospace practice
- Undertaking daily administrative duties such as scanning, data entry, formatting and organising electronic/paper files
- Recording and posting billable time diligently and accurately
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails and post (in both ENGLISH and SPANISH)
- Ensuring that client communications are spelt correctly, correctly addressed and properly formatted
much more.
To be considered for this Litigation Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience as a Paralegal
- Be a qualified Paralegal with an understanding of US Litigation and bundling
- Have solid legal research skills (Westlaw, Lexus) and be able to summarise legal issues
- Be fluent in English and Spanish
- Be flexible in regards to working hours
- Be based in South Florida and open to working remotely
This role will be attached to the firms’ Houston office, however, they want someone who can work fully remote from South Florida.
Salary : $53,000 - $57,000
