We are looking for an inspiring and strategic leader to join their executive team as CNO / COO. This role will oversee nursing operations and hospital administration, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily hospital operations & improve efficiency
  • Develop & retain top healthcare talent
  • Implement strategies that drive quality, safety, & innovation
  • Ensure financial stewardship & regulatory compliance

Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive leadership in a hospital setting
  • Strong leadership, operational, & financial expertise
  • Passion for patient-centered care & continuous improvement
