Position Overview :
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patient safety and organizational excellence? As the Director of Risk Management , you will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
In this high-impact leadership position, you will :
- Champion Claims Management : Lead the investigation, analysis, and resolution of claims to safeguard our patients and organization.
- Drive Risk Assessment : Evaluate new services and existing operations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance safety and minimize risks.
- Facilitate Excellence : Oversee system-wide root cause analyses, develop actionable improvement plans, and ensure effective implementation and tracking.
- Lead Patient Safety Initiatives : Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate the TERM program into a dynamic, forward-thinking risk management strategy.
- Collaborate Strategically : Partner with department leaders and the executive team to design and execute impactful risk reduction strategies.
- Provide Expert Guidance : Serve as a trusted resource on regulatory standards and compliance processes, ensuring the organization meets and exceeds expectations.
