Position Summary
We are looking for a driven and dedicated Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager to join its CQI Department. In coordination with the clinical leadership team, the Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's processes and services.
Position Details
The CQI Manager provides leadership and operational oversight of the agency's county-wide quality assurance team, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with established best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. The CQI Manager is responsible for ensuring that all clinical services remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The CQI Manager reports to the Senior Manager of CQI and Doctoral Training.

Requirements :
Education - Master's degree preferred from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, statistics, public health / administration, or a related behavioral health field.
Experience - Four years of full-time professional program experience in quality management, planning and evaluation, quality improvement, or a closely related field including two years of supervisory experience – or – two years of professional experience as a compliance and quality improvement coordinator. Advanced proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software platforms, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an expert user or administrator.
Skills - Advanced technical skills including experience with statistical software (e.g. R, Python / PySpark, SQL, Excel). In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to behavioral health services, including HIPAA, Medi-Cal, and other regulatory requirements. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office and web-based systems. Proficient in use of Zoom. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
