About the Role

TopTech Talent is seeking a Frontend Web Developer with a strong eye for design and hands-on coding skills. This onsite role supports one of our major clients in the Ohio Metropolitan Area. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to lead from the front with a hybrid developer/project coordinator mindset, this is for you.

✅ Must-Haves

• 5 years of experience in frontend development

• Proficiency in:

  • HTML5 / CSS3

  • JavaScript

  • Bootstrap

  • JSON integration

• Experience building:

  • Web pages, forms, and templates

  • Email campaigns (responsive, cross-platform)

• Ability to manage workload with a project management mindset (40–50% coordination)

• Basic Photoshop skills for editing and prepping web assets

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves

• UX/UI design experience or formal training

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Previous work on CMS platforms or templating engines

• Experience with version control (e.g., Git)
