We are looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to oversee financial operations for a designated division, offering strategic guidance and financial support to management across multiple locations. This role involves handling budgets, job costing, and financial analysis to ensure sound fiscal management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements and account reconciliations.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions at various locations.
- Communicate regularly with the Controller to report on assigned projects and progress.
- Handle other tasks as directed by senior management.
Qualifications :
Salary : Up to 170k base
Location : Glendale or Manhattan Beach - 4 days / week onsite
