Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure financial accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and manage tax filings and audits.
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
- Develop and manage company budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Enforce internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a productive environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and growth planning.
