We are a fast-growing, private equity-backed company seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Director of Finance & Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and accounting expertise, along with a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily accounting functions, including A / R, A / P, GL, bank account management, and cash reconciliation.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review periodic financial statements, providing key insights to the CFO and executive team.
- Support acquisition diligence and post-close integration efforts.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and external audit coordination.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed to achieve individual, departmental, or organizational objectives.
