Responsibilities :
- Manage network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, and routers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Support server administration and workstation maintenance.
- Manage core IT services (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
- Monitor and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
