We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our client's IT infrastructure and critical applications. This hands-on role involves maintaining servers, networks, and security systems to ensure seamless operations and support business growth. You’ll collaborate with teams, contribute to infrastructure evolution, and ensure service reliability, with occasional weekend or holiday work required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, applications, and network hardware, ensuring high performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while optimizing system uptime.
- Manage and secure network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and VPNs, while enforcing security protocols.
- Administer Microsoft services, including Active Directory, 365, Azure, Exchange, and SharePoint Online.
- Implement data backup solutions and apply software updates to maintain system integrity and recoverability.
- Oversee end-user hardware, video conferencing tools, and VOIP systems.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting workflows to streamline operations.
