This internship will leverage advanced adult learning theories and methodologies as well as clinical scientific, data, marketing, and business acumen to design educational content for healthcare providers (HCPs) on the Merz Aesthetics portfolio. The intern will assist the Manager of Education and Development create slide decks for HCP speakers for all external educational programs. This intern will work with the manager of education and development and cross-functionally with the professional relations team, brand marketing, and the marketing operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of educational slide decks, content, and resources to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes, driving organizational success.
- Regularly meet with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and messaging with the Manager.
- Share innovative ideas for educational content that is not being utilized at Merz.
- Project to be completed by the end of the internship. Gamification/interactive of a regularly used education deck.
- Individuals with a scientific or clinical background/major will assist with literature review for educational deck updates.
Education
- Required
- Current PhD- undergrad or graduate student (BS, MS, PhD) with an Education, Marketing, Life Sciences biology, or nursing concentration.
Minimum Qualifications
