A Brief Overview
The Intern for Strategic Marketing-Training will support Global Strategic Marketing in training activities for Ultherapy.
This role involves developing global materials and activities related to the training of the EBD business, collaborating closely with digital and cross-functional teams to create assets and content that meet customer needs and market trends, ensuring a successful global roll-out. The intern will also assist in creating new assets for both patients and physicians, aligned with the global brand positioning, while considering regional needs to ensure optimal support.
Additionally, the person in this role will be expected to operate within a cross-functional environment to meet business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content for training materials.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support the development of training programs and materials.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training projects and initiatives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for training programs, including manuals, guides, and instructional materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather information and feedback for training content.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks related to training programs, such as scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining records.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to improve future training sessions
Education (Preferred Majors):
- Rising Senior in a Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business)
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task projects and prioritize workload
- Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Excels at both analytical and creative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe
- Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Brand development / brand management
- Long / medium term strategic training development
- Pharmaceutical / aesthetic medical device experience
- Experience developing messaging, collateral, and programs for patients and HCPs
- Copywriting and editing skills
- Digital marketing experience
- Ability to develop strong internal and external customer relationships
