The contribution you will bring to this role:
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in managing and expanding assigned and growing accounts, therefore, playing a key role in the company’s bottom line. This position can be based both hybrid or remote in the region and will focus on providing an excellent customer experience while driving new business development in the workplace safety market encompassing B2B, distributor- and end-user management. This role will create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding business reach and proactively developing new sales opportunities across the region.

What you will do at Justrite:
- Manages the relationship with assigned or growing accounts.
- Proactively develops and maintains relationships with assigned accounts.
- Assist the outside sales team with daily needs as well as the growth of their assigned accounts.
- Analyzes accounts and end-user data to identify product-line expansion opportunities and develop sales forecasts, and account plans, and achieve sales objectives.
- Understand end market trends and industry best practices; utilize relevant value propositions to those end markets.
- Specialist to retain and expand the business into existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Pursue qualified end-user leads. Create custom quotes and identify appropriate distributors to collaborate with an opportunity.
- Collaborate with field sales managers for sales surveys/needs analysis, and product training as required.
- Work closely with product management to support new product launches (including training) and other marketing campaigns in the territory.
Your skills and expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or study
- 5 Years of proven success in an inside sales role and demonstrated experience in a multi-channel sales environment.
- Fluency in English
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, and statistical analysis software.
- Sales process knowledge and history of successful customer experience applications, experience in operating in a metrics-based sales organization.
- Demonstrated comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Frequent traveling is not required for this role.

The position offers a competitive base salary and will be eligible to participate in the Justrite Sales Incentive Plan which offers a big opportunity to enhance the total compensation package.
