The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

Eagle, a Justrite Safety Group company is looking for a Process Engineer for their Wellsburg, WV operations. Develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. Identifies process bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve. Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources including labor, energy, and raw materials.

 What You’ll Do at Justrite:

• Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems. 
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers. 
• DOT Testing 
• Develop innovative solutions. 
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. 
• Prepare samples for study. 
• Create process flow maps 
• Collect, record, and transcribe data. 
• Show results in reports. 
• Maintain testing equipment. 
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production 
• Provide suggestions during incident investigations. 
• Advise on corrective actions. 
• Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process. 
• Ensure projects are completed on time. 
• Ensure financial budgets are followed. 
• Research and purchase new manufacturing technology. 

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

• Preferred BS in Engineering 

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65K to $75K.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
