Hours: 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday. Overtime may be required based on demand.
Salary: $34.25 per hour, increasing to $35.25 within 6 months includes a $3 shift differential.
Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Manufacturing Floor, ensuring company standards are met and quality products are produced.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team including training, performance management, discipline, timekeeping, and issues as they arise.
- Know relevant SOPs, keep SOPs on file up to date, recommend improvements as needed
- Enforce company policies & SOPs
- Plan and schedule machine production
- Maintain production records (downtime, runtime, work orders, etc.)
- Look for opportunities to be more efficient
