Trust Client Associate I
Job Function: Assists Trust Administrators and Financial Planners in virtually all aspects of account administration including customer communications and relationship management. Interface with Trust Operations in completion of account administration tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily functions as assigned including completion of documentation for account maintenance in trust accounting system, bill payment, disbursement management, and asset transfers.
- Client service including answering telephone as primary or secondary, taking messages, and assisting client when able to do so.
- Assistance with preparation of discretionary distribution requests, IRA withdrawals, and other internal account tasks via Sharepoint, Docusign, and other systems.
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time by supervisor or other member of management
Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities:
- College degree preferred
- Prefer 3 years experience in financial services industry focusing on client service or operational functions.
- Superior communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent follow through and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess a can-do customer-service attitude/philosophy
- Previous work with TrustDesk, Sharepoint, and Docusign highly valued
