SUMMARY: Residential Counselors provide direct care services to CODI's consumers in group homes around Atlantic County, NJ.
This posting is for the Residential Counselor position from 4 PM to 12 AM.
REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Four years of direct care experience with individuals with mental illness
Valid non-provisional NJ Driver's License with no more than 5 points
DUTIES
Provide training in the development of independent living skills.
Engage consumers as well as actively participate in social and/or recreational activities.
Transport consumers
Provide the appropriate level of support needed to plan and prepare well-balanced meals and complete grocery shopping.
