SUMMARY : Residential Counselors provide direct care services to CODI's consumers in group homes around Atlantic County, NJ.
This posting is for the Part-time Residential Counselor position.
Available Part-Time Shifts Varies
REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Four years of direct care experience with individuals with mental illness
Valid non-provisional NJ Driver's License with no more than 5 points
Must be able to pass a drug test, including non-use of marijuana
Must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or documented religious or medical exemption to apply
DUTIES
Provide training in the development of independent living skills
Engage consumers as well as actively participate in social and recreational activities
Transport consumers
Provide the appropriate level of support needed to plan and prepare well-balanced meals and complete grocery shopping.
