Large General Contractor looking for Construction Superintendent that has worked on large jobs 15 million and larger. This is a solid company that has been in business for over 50 years with good family values.
- We need good computer skills, MS Office, CM@Risk is a Plus, and other software, to coordinate all construction field activities among subcontractors and other individuals / companies involved with the project.
- Have a strong knowledge of the Construction Documents and ensure all workers on site are complying with safety requirements and the project safety plan.
- Assess daily staffing of subcontractors and field workforce. Assess a sufficient supply of materials and equipment on daily basis.
- Track deliveries of materials from vendors to avoid delays and onsite material loss.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and administer the site utilization program, and site services.
- Maintain daily progress reports, and conduct weekly job site safety meetings.
