What are the responsibilities and job description for the Backend Engineer - DeFi position at Career Renew?
Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Backend Engineer - DeFi - this is a hybrid role in New York.

What you'll do
- Be a critical part of the technical and product roadmap
- Contribute to our backend and integrate a variety of third party services
- Scale our infrastructure to millions of end users globally
- Rapidly ship new capabilities to our customers
- Help drive the architectural decisions of a rapidly evolving product
- Interact with smart contracts across multiple chains
Based in NY and happy to work hybrid. (office based in Manhattan near financial district)
Min 5 years experience in backend engineering
Fintech experience (neobank or card issuing experience is ideal)
Experience with Node.js and JavaScript
Crypto maxi or crypto curious
