Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Madison, WI
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Responsibilities of the BCBA
- For Experienced BCBAs:
- Design and implement advanced ABA treatment programs for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and provide expert guidance to improve client outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing leadership and support in their professional growth.
- Develop family support strategies based on individualized clinical recommendations.
- Analyze client progress and refine treatment protocols to ensure continued success.
- For New BCBAs:
- Learn and implement ABA treatment programs under the guidance of experienced Senior BCBAs.
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments with support from your mentor.
- Receive mentorship in supervising and providing feedback to RBTs.
- Participate in the development of family support strategies and gain experience in client progress evaluations.
- Benefit from structured leadership coaching to prepare you for future management roles.
Requirements for the BCBA Position:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (or within 6 months of obtaining for new BCBAs).
- Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive clinical environment, with a strong foundation in ABA principles.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
