What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager position at Career Search International?

I have an exciting Territory Manager opportunity in your area with a company expanding its direct outside sales force over the last 3 years. This company has excellent leadership, and they offer a minimally-invasive surgical approach for the treatment of chronic pain! This device is gaining momentum and several aspects of this technology have zero competition.

215-$225k first year - includes $90K-$100k base salary range. The second-year expectation is $250K-$300k

6 month Commission Guarantee
Full benefits including $500 / m car allowance stock options

Responsibilities

Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales strategies

Educate both consumers and colleagues about the product

Forecast and set goals for sales teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience with business to business sales and business to customer sales

Strong management, time management and communication skills

Ability to work in fast paced working environment

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
