POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The position will be responsible for providing support to Corporate Sales and Marketing Vice Presidents and Corporate Sales and Marketing teams; ensuring information and communication are provided in a timely, accurate and effective manner. Additionally, responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, review, and distribution of weekly reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing for Payroll and reports for all Corporate Sales & Marketing personnel. Create and maintain employee records in various system applications.
- Track, order, and distribute collateral and premiums for all sales centers; process all related invoices and payments. Process purchase orders, money transfers, check request and T&Es for Corporate Administration leadership.
- Distribute and maintain all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain appropriate levels of supplies for the department.
- Conduct event related research and secure airline contracts for group flights, maintain tracking logs and assist in other event related research.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Travel required.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Occasionally may require weekends and evenings.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Multi tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
